program. So that folks who need TANF, are more likely to get it.
In the state of Georgia in 2009 there were only 2,500 adults being served by the TANF program this is not due to a lack of need, rather a calculated program to keep people who need TANF from being able to get it so that the block grant could be spent elsewhere.
